What you get

Changes go live in days, and you pay only for the hours they took.

No retainer and no monthly minimum. A month with no changes costs nothing.

  • Content and layout changes

Text, images, new sections and whole pages, built to match the rest of the site.

  • CMS updates

New items, new fields and bulk imports. AI does the first pass on imports, and I check every row.

  • Fixes and rescue

Layouts that break on phones, forms that stopped sending, and half-built sites that still have to launch.

  • Editor setup

Roles and components arranged so that your team can change text without breaking a page.

  • A bill check

Your plan, seats and add-ons compared with what the site uses. Webflow changed its site plans in 2026, and seats nobody uses keep billing.

  • A monthly note

What changed, how many hours it took, and what I would look at next.

Questions

Do Webflow sites need ongoing maintenance?

Webflow looks after hosting, security and the platform itself. It does not change your content, fix a layout or add a page. That is the work this covers, and you pay only when there is some.

Is there a minimum number of hours, or a contract?

No. You pay for the hours a task took, and a month with no changes costs nothing.

How does this compare with an agency plan?

Webflow agencies that publish their prices charge USD 80 to 180 an hour and sell the hours in monthly plans, which start between USD 750 and 3,000. I charge USD 40 an hour, and there is no plan.

Will you maintain a site you did not build?

Yes. I start by reading how it is put together, then tell you what is worth fixing first.

How fast are changes live?

Small changes are usually live within a few days. For anything larger you get a date together with the estimate.

Do we have to hand over our Webflow account?

No. You invite me to your Workspace as a guest, and the site and the account stay yours.

Goes well with

Site audit and takeover

A site built by someone else, read from top to bottom: structure, speed, technical SEO and accessibility. You get a list of what to fix first, and someone to do it.

Service

Speed score optimization

Images, scripts, fonts and settings tuned inside Webflow, measured before and after. Faster pages rank better, lose fewer visitors and use less bandwidth.

Service

Agency retainer or hourly developer: the maths for small changes

A retainer buys availability. If you use four hours a month, you are paying for six you did not need.

What "AI-native" means on your invoice

AI does the repetitive half of the job. You pay for fewer hours, and a person still checks every change.
