I’m Max. I build things and put them online.

I’m a builder based in Warsaw. I make things for the web and put them online: products, tools, and websites for clients.

Podium is my own product. It plans the keywords, writes one article a day and publishes it on a company’s blog, in Webflow, WordPress or Framer. Around it I built 24 free SEO tools, and next to it I run Pace Labs, a small studio for larger builds.

For clients I design, build and look after Webflow sites. Since 2022 that has meant a tutoring school, a legal careers trainer, a learning platform, a road-safety campaign, an energy marketplace, and cleaning and moving companies in the United States.

The two feed each other. Running a product means dealing with what comes after a launch, every day, and that is what most of a website’s life consists of. What I learn there goes into the client work, and the other way round.

I use AI for the slow, predictable half of the job and check every change by hand. It is how one person builds this much.
