Webflow integrations: HubSpot, CRM, analytics and consent
Your Webflow site connected to the tools the company already runs on: forms into the CRM, analytics that measures the right things, and consent that holds tags back.
You might be here because
01
Leads from the site are copied into the CRM by hand.
02
Analytics shows visits, and nobody knows which page brings enquiries.
03
The cookie banner is there, and the tags fire anyway.
What you get
Every form, tag and tool on the site connected and accounted for.
You get one list of what is installed, what it sends, and where. Most sites have never had one.
HubSpot and CRM forms
Submissions arrive in the CRM with every field mapped.
Analytics
GA4 or a cookie-free tool, with events named the same way everywhere.
Tag manager
One place for every tag, and the leftovers removed.
Cookie consent
A banner that holds tags back until the visitor agrees.
Booking and payment tools
Calendars, booking systems and checkout links embedded so they look like part of the site.
A list of what is installed
Every script and connection, what it does, and who owns the account.

Questions
Can Webflow connect to HubSpot?
Yes. Forms can send to HubSpot directly or through an automation, with the fields mapped so that nothing arrives empty.
Which analytics do you recommend?
GA4 if you run ads. If you only need to know what people read, a cookie-free tool does the job without a consent banner.
Is our cookie banner doing its job?
I can check whether tags wait for consent, which is the part that usually fails. The legal wording is for your lawyer.
Will more scripts slow the site?
Each one costs something. I load them after the page is usable and remove the ones nobody uses.

Automations
The routine work around the site done by a workflow: enquiries routed and sorted, the CMS kept in step with your other tools, reports sent on their own.

Custom code
Calculators, filters, multi-step forms and maps: the parts of a site that Webflow does not build on its own.
